How It Works
Double stacking of the pallet will rupture the StackStrip and warn of mishandling.
PEEL
Peel the removable backing from the StackStrip to expose the strong adhesive layer underneath.
STICK
Stick the StackStrip to the TOP of the freight. The adhesive bonds securely to most packaging surfaces.
SHIP
Ship the freight. The StackStrip will pop to indicate that the pallet has been double stacked during transit.
Why It Matters
Double stacking occurs when carriers or warehouse workers place a second pallet on top of yours to maximize space in a truck or storage facility. This can cause crushing, shifting, and damage to your products — leading to costly freight claims and customer dissatisfaction.
StackStrips provide a dual layer of protection: the highly visible “DO NOT DOUBLE STACK” warning deters handlers from stacking, and the air-filled chamber provides undeniable proof if double stacking occurs despite the warning.
